Have you found a suitable position? Here you will find the individual phases of our application process and what you can expect in each step.

Our application form

can be filled out online in max. 5 minutes.

The confirmation of receipt

will be sent to you automatically by e-mail.

The verification of the information

is carried out by HR & specialist departments.

The invitation to the interview

you will receive by telephone or e-mail. The type of interviews may vary in the departments, for example:

  • Telephone interview
  • Video interview
  • Personal interview

The second, optional invitation

Depending on the department, you will receive an interview by telephone or e-mail. (if necessary incl. personality diagnostics)

The commitment

You will receive a confirmation by phone as soon as possible. If you are as enthusiastic about us as we are about you, nothing stands in the way of your new job! You will then receive your employment contract with all the important information.

Application photo

An application photo is of course optional. However, we would be delighted if you upload one. If you decide to upload your documents including a photo, ideally choose an authentic picture (not a passport or vacation photo in swimming trunks).

Conversation procedure

Our meetings always follow a similar procedure:

  1. We start with a brief introduction on our part. You will then have the opportunity to introduce yourself and tell us what makes you special, what is important to you and why you have applied to us.
  2. We will then ask you a few questions about your personality, your qualities and your way of working, as well as your professional skills. Of course, we will also give you comprehensive information about your future tasks, the team and EOS in general. You are welcome to ask questions at any time during the interview.
  3. Finally, you will be given an outlook on the further process.

Preparatory questions

  • What qualities and skills do you have for the position to be filled?
  • Why are you currently looking and what do you want for your future position?
  • What aspects of the position to be filled have sparked your interest?
  • What makes you the perfect candidate?
  • What do you like and dislike about your current job?

Digital set-up

Our meetings take place online via Microsoft Teams. You don't need an account, but you do need a computer or smartphone with internet access.

How to prepare yourself:

You will receive the meeting link in advance. Ensure a quiet environment. Test the image and sound in advance - we will help you if necessary.

Technical notes:

Not compatible: Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer. Use instead: Chrome, Edge or the Teams app (recommended for Apple users).

CV

What is important, what must be included?

  • Structured overview of your professional stations in antichronological order
  • List of the respective main tasks of the professional stations
  • List of hard skills (e.g. M365) and language skills
  • Feel free to indicate memberships or certifications
  • Upload your CV as a pdf document

Cover letter

A cover letter is NOT a must for us. However, you are welcome to upload a letter of motivation or use the comments field to tell us more about yourself.
